Dr. Alex Kirkpatrick is a second-year pediatric dental resident at The Ohio State University/Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, OH. A proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, Alex was inspired to pursue a career in dentistry growing up in a family of orthodontists. While in dental school, he felt called to complete additional training in pediatric dentistry after providing care in community dental clinics. He recognized that working with the pediatric population brought much joy and fulfillment to his life. In time, he realized the impact he was having on shaping children's experience at the dental office. Alex is looking forward to continuing his career as a pediatric dentist and maintaining involvement in his community.
