Dr. Boateng is the Chief Resident, at NYU Langone Dental Medicine, Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry Program-Rhodelsland Site at the St.
Joseph Dental Center. Born and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Boateng earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Biomedical Sciences from Rutgers University. In 2022, he received his dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. As a Tufts dental student, Dr. Boateng, completed a five-week community service-learning experience at the St. Joseph Health Center, which solidified his desire to pursue pediatric dentistry in RI. Throughout his postdoctoral education at St. Joseph, he has demonstrated leadership, built camaraderie among his co-residents, and provided quality dental services for underserved, vulnerable pediatric patients.
