Patsy Marisol León Leal, Dental surgeon, master's student in children's dentistry in the Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán. The title of my research project is "Evaluation of the mechanical, biological and adhesive properties of a high viscosity glass ionomer cement modified with dioxide titanium". I currently work in a private practice where i treat pediatric patients most of the time, however, I also see my patients' parents, who usually come with me for prophylaxis and preventive treatments. I have previously carried out epidemiological surveys in nurseries and kindergartens to measure the prevalence and incidence of cavities in the child population.
