My name is Mikayla Stevens, DDS and I'm a 2nd-year resident in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. I was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, and come from a family full of dentists. I chose to pursue pediatric dentistry because I love being creative with kids and helping them use their imaginations to conquer their dental fears! When I’m not working, I’m most likely spending time with friends and family, reading a good book, or enjoying a fun happy hour. After finishing my residency program, I look forward to moving home with my husband and our beagle, Molly, and joining a practice that serves kiddos in the community where we grew up!
