Camila Pachon-Posada MA, DMD, is a second-year pediatric dentistry resident attending the combined program at the University of Pennsylvania and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Camila was born in Cali, Colombia, and raised in New England after moving to the United States at the age of six. Camila attended Merrimack College, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Integrative Biology, Minor in Chemistry and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. Camila continued her education at Merrimack College by earning a Master of Science in Health and Wellness Management while completing a Marketing and Administrative Fellowship with Active Science® in partnership with the YMCA. In 2017, Camila completed her second Master of Science in Biology of Medical Sciences at Mississippi College. Camila received her DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2022. During her time at UPenn/CHOP, Camila had the opportunity to contribute to winning case for the Hispanic Student Dental Association Conference’s Nuestros Niños contest in 2023. Camila will proudly begin her career as a pediatric dentist alongside her mother, Dr. Viena Posada, in New Hampshire upon completion of her residency program.
