Jenan Alahmad, B.D.S, MFDS RCSEd, is currently pursuing a Master of Sciences in Dentistry (MSD) and a resident in Pediatric Dentistry at Virginia Commonwealth University. Originally from Kuwait, Jenan obtained dental training at the October for Modern Sciences of Arts University in Cairo, Egypt. Following her graduation in 2017, she returned to Kuwait, where she practiced general dentistry, with a particular focus on pediatric dentistry and treating children with special healthcare needs for three years.
In 2019, Jenan achieved a fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, a testament to her dedication to advancing her professional skills and knowledge. In 2021, driven by her passion for pediatric dentistry and a commitment to excellence, Jenan made the decision to relocate to Virginia, USA to embark on a residency program in Pediatric Dentistry at Virginia Commonwealth University.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Jenan prioritizes her well-being through a variety of activities. She finds exhilaration in horseback riding and jumping, as well as exploring new destinations around the globe. Additionally, she discovers fulfillment through the practice of Pilates, embracing its benefits for both physical fitness and mental clarity.
