My name is Dr. Saloni Patel, recent dental school graduate and current PG-Y1 pediatrics dental resident at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. I have a specific interest in the medical and dental management for medically compromised patients. Comprehensive history and workup of patients can help with early diagnosis and treatment for a variety of conditions. Pediatric dentists often are the first providers who may see such signs and symptoms and are hence a critical part of the overall healthcare team.
