Liana Aslanyan was born and raised in Armenia. She grew up in a small town but in a big family. After moving to the United States, Liana continued her studies in Queens, New York. She attended Columbia University, College of Dental Medicine. During her dental school career, Liana had the opportunity to conduct research focused on caries prevention for children. It was at this point that she decided she wanted to become a pediatric dentist. Liana believes prevention is key to having long-term oral health and wants to instill good habits in children and their parents early on. She is excited to start her career in pediatric dentistry soon and looks forward to bonding with her patients. When she’s not busy advancing her dental knowledge, Liana enjoys cooking, exercising, and hiking. After-work hours, she looks forward to sharing a meal and catching up with family around the dinner table.
