Roman Garcia, D.M.D., M.P.H., PGY-2 Pediatric Dental Resident, University of Minnesota.
Roman is from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and grew up in Wellington, Florida. He has a BA in Philosophy and a BA in History from Florida Atlantic University. He completed post baccalaureate studies at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He graduated with concurrent DMD and MPH degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. Following dental school, he completed a GPR at OU Medical Center/Oklahoma Children’s Hospital. After residency, Roman became an attending at Oklahoma Children’s Hospital and faculty at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. He is currently training in pediatric dentistry at the University of Minnesota, where he serves as Chief Resident.
