Emily M. Garvanovic, DMD, is a PGY-2 pediatric dental resident at Jacobi Medical Center (Bronx, NY). Born in Chicago, IL, Dr. Garvanovic graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Benedictine University (Lisle, IL) and, in 2021, earned her Doctorate from Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine (Alton, IL). While applying to pediatric residency, Dr. Garvanovic devoted her time to serving the community of Chicago Heights, IL through compassionate, comprehensive, and patient-centered dental care. She considers herself a lifelong learner and is a member of Delta Sigma Delta, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, and American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
