Dr. Audrey Lacombe, DMD, is currently in her third year as a Pediatric Dental Resident and a Master in Dentistry Candidate at Université de Montréal, Québec, Canada. Originally from Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean, Audrey pursued an unconventional academic path, notably attending Law school before earning her degree from the Faculty of Dentistry at Université de Montréal in 2019. Following her dental education, she completed a general practice residency at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto in 2020. Prior to resuming her graduate specialty training in pediatric dentistry at her alma mater, she gained practical experience in private practice among pediatric specialists and also served as a lab instructor for undergraduate dental students at Université de Montréal. Audrey's dedication to advancing dental care extends globally as she recently contributed her expertise to a dental mission in Honduras. Her experience underscores the importance of mastering alternative dental treatments, such as the Hall Technique, to benefit children in underserved communities.
