Patricia Portela is a third-year dental student at the New York University College of Dentistry. Before pursuing her dental education, Patricia was involved in community outreach with the NYU Bringing Smiles Program and NIH (National Institute of Health) funded Silver Diamine Flouride research. Her interests include public health and community outreach.
