Hello, my name is Joshua Vert, DDS, MS and I am a pediatric dental resident at Boston Children's Hospital / Harvard School of Dental Medicine.

I completed my undergraduate education at University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2011. After finishing a master's degree in microbiology two years later, I enrolled in dental school at UCLA, graduating in 2017.

Prior to dental school, I was accepted into the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Scholarship Program. As a part of my service commitment to NHSC, after graduation from dental scool I spent five years working in underserved clnics across the western United States. It was through my experiences working with pediatric dental popultions in Washington, Nevada, and California, that I decided to complete a residency program in pediatric dentistry.

I am very thankful to be a resident at Boston Children's Hospital where I have grown personally and as a clinician. I am excited to complete my training this summer and see where my journey takes me.
