David Danesh, DMD, MPH, MS, is a full-time board-certified pediatric dentistry attending at Nationwide Children's Hospital and adjunct clinical assistant professor at The Ohio State University, College of Dentistry. He received his DMD degree from Harvard School of Dental Medicine. After graduating dental school, he returned home to Columbus, Ohio, to pursue a hospital-based pediatric dentistry residency at Nationwide Children's Hospital and Master of Science in pediatric dentistry at The Ohio State University, College of Dentistry. He also received his Master of Public Health at The Ohio State University, College of Public Health, with his residency training. He stayed on as a full-time attending pediatric dentist and faculty at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. His previous research projects include qualitative research in global and community health and evaluating oral health integration. His current research focuses on telehealth/teledentistry and restorative pediatric dentistry.
