Dr. Alice P. Chen is an Associate Professor in Roseman University's AEGD Program in Nevada. As an educator, she has inspired and opened the positive and rewarding world of pediatric dentistry to general residents, orthodontic residents, and dental students. As a clinician, Dr. Chen is the leading pediatric dentist for Cure 4 the Kids Foundation, Roseman University's affiliated treatment and research center for childhood cancer and castastrophic diseases. In this role, she is able to combine her years of experience and knowledge to bring personalized concierge-level care to medically complex children and their families.
Dr. Chen grew up in Northern California and earned a BA in Psychology from UCLA. She attended Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine where her passion for pediatric dentistry was developed. Upon graduating cum laude, she immediately went on to pursue her specialty training in Temple University Hosptial and became a pediatric dentist in 2007. Prior to entering academia, Dr. Chen was in private practice for 15 years and was a proud small business owner in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Dr. Chen has been board certified by the ABPD since 2009 and is a Fellow of the AAPD.
