As they progress in academia, dental educators lack of knowledge or the skills when mitigating student, resident, clinical, financial and interdisciplinary issues. This interactive workshop will provide an opportunity to tackle some real-life obstacles. Through small-group discussion, the audience will have the opportunity to share their experience and suggest solutions.
