Molar incisor patterned periodontitis (MIPP), or previously known as aggressive periodontitis or juvenile periodontitis, is characterized by rapid progression in attachment loss and bone destruction. Pediatric patients with molar incisor patterned periodontitis are at risk of early onset loss of dentition. This case report will discuss the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a 15 year old female patient with stage III, grade c, molar incisor patterned periodontitis.
